Henrik Battke, Pix4D
In 2017 Henrik Battke took over the function of regional managing director for Pix4D in Berlin to establish the location and business area for agricultural applications.
After completing his studies in computer science at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Henrik Battke co-founded and managed the software company bit-side GmbH. It has its focus on mobile applications and image processing. The company was taken over by Nokia in 2009. In leading positions in Nokia and HERE Technologies he contributed significantly to the successful development of the platform business for mapping services.
Pix4D is pioneer and specialist for aerial image processing and photogrammetry software. Pix4D was founded in 2011 as a spin-off of the Swiss University École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). Pix4Dmapper is the company's market-leading product with tens of thousands of active users.
