The Technische Hochschule Wildau is the largest university in the state of Brandenburg. Its attractive range of courses includes 15 Bachelor's degree courses and 15 Master's degree courses in natural sciences, engineering, business administration, law, administration and management. A special characteristic is its internationality. Almost 20 percent of the students come from more than 60 countries. Cooperation agreements, student and teacher exchanges link Wildau Technical University with over 100 academic institutions worldwide.
As one of the strongest research universities of applied sciences in Germany, Wildau Technical University promotes innovation and the transfer of knowledge and technology. Important fields of competence are applied biosciences, computer science/telematics, optical technologies/photonics, production and materials, transport and logistics, and management and law.
The campus of the TH Wildau is located on a traditional industrial site of the former locomotive and heavy machinery construction. The successful symbiosis of listed industrial architecture and award-winning modern functional buildings sets standards in urban development.
